FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR GREAT RESULTS.

File Format: Be sure to save and submit a High Resolution JPG or PDF file. We ONLY accept those files and think about the type of paper you are using, you don’t want to just  to waste i, good thing there are document destruction Melbourne machines.

Resolution: All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. Please be aware that images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi, if your files are in a PDF format, you can use software as sodapdf to edit them. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality, for any office solutions system.

Color Mode: According to Imprint, all color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. All black and white artwork and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

Bleed: Bleed is additional space necessary for cutting. It ensures that all text and or pictures near the edges will not be cut. Please build your print-ready digital files by adding 0.125″ (1/8″) bleed to each side.
